The Huggies newborn nappies are very soft and absorbent on baby's bottom.I found them to be the best of all I tried with my second bub.The tabs are strong enough to hold and the wings keep solids and liquids contained. The 'wing' at the back of the bottom, also prevents up the back poo explosions .
These are good only up to the point your child is 1 kilo off the end size as that is when you will experience leaks. I had no issues up until then. The newborn nappies are nice but they are a bit extra elastic than what’s needed. I chose not to buy the first two huggies nappy sizes due to previous dissatisfaction. I would give these a miss to new parents and purchase other brands such as baby love or aldi brand

I said this in relation to huggies baby wipes and I’ll say it on the newborn nappies as these being presented in hospitals and baby bags makes new parents think that they are the best for their babies when they are not. We all seem to think that huggies is the best because they have so many ads at prime time and throughout the day that you think babies you think huggies. But don’t be fooled they’re products are not the best and not the only things on the market either. These new brim nappies are very tight and very small for their size limits. They leave red marks on your baby and you can see the imprint from where you placed the nappy. I find that these also lead to more leaks and although there is elastic on the waist line They still will restrict your little one. Try other brands besides huggies as huggies will leave you disappointed trust me.Bottom Line Not Recommended
I was never happy with using huggies in the early days. I feel the nappies carry too much elastic and end up causing tightness around the baby bottom the baby ends up having red marks. Until size three I don’t recommend using these as they are too tight stick to baby love as there is more space. They are quite absorbent and we had less then 5 leaks when we used for our newborn. But they’re good to start out and to tryBottom Line Not Recommended

If you are new to this parenting thing, these nappies are really handy. They come with a wetness indicator, so instead of worrying if it's time to change or even doing the "smell test" there is a line on the front of the nappy that will appear when it's time to change. Come in big size packs, up to 106 nappies I believe which is handy as you won't have to go to the shops as much. The only real con is when attempting to fasten the nappy closed, the fabric tab can easily come off, not completely, but it makes the waist smaller in size. But apart from that they absorb well.Bottom Line Recommended
These were the first nappies that I was ever given. We were given them in the hospital and since then we haven’t had any issues with them. They are small and soft. They fit my babies quite well without any issues. I haven’t ever had a leak while using this brand. I have continued to use these right up until toddler. They are usually on special depending where you shop and they come with lots of different patterns and styles .Bottom Line Recommended
This is a great nappy to have when you first have your baby. I feel that it fits well and that there are minimal issues. We didn’t have any leaks for at least a month with this nappy. I liked them they are soft and nice on the skin I felt comfortable knowing that my baby was in something like that. I liked the cute designs and we got a nice big box of 100 nappies or so for about $30 which isn’t too badly pricedBottom Line Recommended
Nice range the huggies brand. They have cute designs and are always updating what they have. I like the huggies but do get concerned seeig ted crease marks from all the elastic in them. I feel you do get value for money but they don’t discount them too often. When they do I try to stock up. I used these in the hospital as many parents do i think they mustHave given them in hope parents stick to them for future useBottom Line Recommended
I like these but I don’t love the huggies range. They are very elastic which is good but ends up leaving a lot of mark and creases on baby bottom. My baby often has had red but after used the huggies range. I am not a fan, they do good job but are not worth the hassle as you need to use more nappy rash creams and that’s not good. I only buy if on very good sale. But everyone knows huggies is good brands so they buy and given in the hospitals tooBottom Line Not Recommended
Ahhh these are the go to brand for disposable nappies are they not? We have always used reusable nappies however we do usually buy a small packet or two of disposable nappies Incase we can’t do the washing or if they’re not dry in time... we often buy huggies when they’re on sale. With our second son we used these early on and didn’t have any issues.. the only thing is that we did experience some leaks. Huggies is a good brand overall if you’re looking for disposable brand to stick withBottom Line Recommended
